PODCASTING
A fundamental philosophy of the Brief Therapy Institute of Denver is that many problems can be solved with some education and skill development. To this end, we have embarked on developing educational materials meeting your expectations. Each week, or almost weekly, we will host a show (Podcast) on a specific topic related to mental health. Some shows will be self help strategies, other shows will be thoughts and discussions pertinet to current happenings in our society and the impact on our wellbeing. Our shows will also have accompanying handouts, educational resources and suggested book titles.
