Tracey’s Approach to Therapy

Tracey believes that her clients have the strengths and resources to resolve their problems and  are just “stuck” when they decide to enter treatment. Tracey works closely with clients in creating goals and setting up a plan of action which helps the client achieve these identified goals. Many times there are barriers, which keep clients from achieving their goals. Tracey works closely with her clients to identify these barriers and problem solve ways to overcome the obstacles, which are keeping them from moving forward.
